As part of our company’s growth, expansion into new business areas, and scaling of existing departments, we are looking for: Responsibilities: Developing and implementing data analytics strategies to support decision-making Building and maintaining dashboards and reports with key business performance indicators (KPIs) Collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data from multiple sources Identifying trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through data analysis Proposing and implementing process improvements based on quantitative evidence Requirements: Degree in Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or related fields Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, or Python) Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying results to diverse audiences Dynamic and proactive attitude Decision-making ability, organizational skills, and practical problem-solving capabilities We Offer: Priority application — candidates with disabilities Pursuant to Law No. 4/2019 of 10 January, this position falls under the employment reservation regime for persons with disabilities or incapacities.
