




Job Summary: We are seeking a Robotics Systems Integration Engineer to integrate sensors and subsystems into UAVs, combining electronics, computing, and robotics into operational solutions. Collaboration with Hardware and Software teams to ensure system reliability We are looking for a Robotics Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. The professional will play a central role in integrating new sensors, payloads, and subsystems into our UAVs, ensuring their compatibility at both the electronic and software levels. We seek someone with strong multidisciplinary systems understanding, combining expertise in electronics, computing, and robotics to transform emerging technologies into operation-ready solutions. Although guidance is provided by more experienced team members, we highly value autonomy, learning ability, and a problem-solving mindset. Work will be conducted in close collaboration with Hardware, Software, and Product teams, spanning from technical evaluation of new equipment through integration, validation, and testing. ##### **Responsibilities** * Integrate new payloads, sensors, and equipment into Beyond Vision UAVs; * Develop and adapt electrical and communication interfaces between different subsystems; * Develop integration software, drivers, and support tools as needed; * Configure and validate Linux-based embedded systems; * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues; * Conduct laboratory tests and flight tests to validate integrations; * Produce technical documentation for performed integrations; * Collaborate with Hardware and Software teams to ensure system reliability and performance. ##### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; * Solid knowledge of analog and digital electronics; * Programming experience in Python and C/C\+\+; * Familiarity with Linux systems and embedded systems; * Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, and I2C; * Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation; * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity for autonomous learning; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; * Valid driver’s license; * Fluent English. ##### **We Value** * Experience in robotics or autonomous systems; * Knowledge of ROS (Robot Operating System); * Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, MAVLink, or QGroundControl; * Experience integrating cameras, EO/IR sensors, LiDAR, radars, GNSS, RTK, or other payloads; * Knowledge of IP networking and communication protocols; * Experience with Git; * Experience in integration and testing of complex systems. ##### **Benefits** * Monthly gross salary range: €1400–€2200; * Meal allowance of €10.20 per day (paid via card); * Family health insurance (Fidelidade); * Integration into a multidisciplinary and innovative team; * Stable employment contract (permanent contract); * Opportunities for professional growth and development within a relaxed and continuously learning environment.
