Job Summary: We are looking for a professional with strong experience in ISPF, JCL, file management, and scheduling, capable of analyzing and resolving complex incidents, and fluent in English and French. Organizational culture based on commitment and excellence What we are looking for? * Strong experience with ISPF and file management; * Solid experience with JCL, including analysis of complex JCL (e.g., sorting parameters); * Experience in file manipulation and management; * Knowledge and experience in creating and managing GDG bases; * Experience with TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler); * Knowledge of scheduling concepts and workload planning; * Knowledge of EGEN; * Experience with Control\-M and mixed scheduling environments; * Knowledge of CFT / Connect:Express; * Ability to analyze and resolve complex incidents; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Fluency in English and French.
