Essential skills: * Professional experience (3\-5 years) in a Solution Architect role or similar; * Solution design and technical documentation (logical/physical architecture, specs, blueprints), translating requirements into development deliverables; * Technical leadership within the squad, ensuring non\-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) and architectural alignment; * Stakeholder management and technical decision\-making, aligning solutions with business goals and organizational standards; * Technology selection and integrations, risk and technical debt mitigation, and close collaboration with DevOps on continuous delivery pipelines; * Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
