We deliver peace of mind, drive transformation, create opportunities, and empower people—helping businesses maximize the value of their operations and resources. **JOB PURPOSE** The Warehouse Operator’s primary responsibility is to support the warehouse team across all daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storing, and processing materials and equipment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verification and receipt of materials from suppliers for this area. * Verification and receipt of defective materials returned by technicians. * Locating and organizing materials received from various entities (external suppliers and HUB). * Dispatch of defective materials to the ERC in Torres Vedras. * Dispatch of defective materials to the ERC in Madrid. * Handling transport documentation for outgoing materials. * Basic spoken and written English proficiency. * Basic computer skills (usage and file management). * Technician replenishment. * Inventories—weekly and monthly where applicable, as well as semi-annual and annual inventories. * Packaging. * Administrative support for logistics control files related to Refurb operations and equipment movement. * Other support and assistance tasks in this area, such as workstation maintenance, packaging separation, etc. * Experience operating forklifts, stackers, or lifters.
