Job Summary: Vorwerk is currently recruiting a Demand Planner (M/F/D) for its Logistics team, responsible for supporting service planning in response to product demand. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement **Company:** Vorwerk Portugal **Employment Type:** Fulltime Vorwerk is recruiting a **Demand Planner (M/F/D)** for its **Logistics** team. **Mission:** Support the Logistics team’s service planning in response to Vorwerk product demand, ensuring service quality through reliable forecasts and cross-functional collaboration across all operational areas and the commercial department to meet their needs. **Responsibilities:*** Develop, update, and refine demand forecasts by division, category, and SKU, based on historical data and demand trends; * Support all phases of the monthly S&OP / IBP cycle: prepare reports, analyze variances, consolidate and validate sales, inventory, and order data, ensuring data remains continuously updated; * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Controlling teams to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives into monthly/annual planning; * Support product management by contributing to stock-level definition and balancing demand levels against capacity. * Monitor planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, Days of Inventory) and drive continuous process improvement. **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in Planning and Stock Management, Supply Chain, or similar roles (mandatory); * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (preferred); * Proficiency in Excel (Power Query knowledge is an advantage); * Fluency in English; * Experience with SAP MM and SAP IBP; * Attention to detail; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to manage large volumes of data; * Organizational and planning skills; * Results-oriented mindset; * Analytical thinking; * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. **What We Offer:** * Health Insurance; * Employee Assistance Program (legal, financial, and psychological counseling, among others); * Birthday Leave; * Opportunity to work in a hybrid environment (both familial and international). **Start Date:** Immediate **Location:** Carnaxide
