Stable project with professional development **Location:** Oeiras, Portugal **Schedule:** Full-time | Immediate start We seek an **IT Technician** with a problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and enthusiasm for customer interaction to join a solid and growing company. The company operates primarily in the **restaurant and hospitality sectors**, so experience with systems and software used in these areas is essential. **Main Responsibilities** * Support, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment, networks, and servers; * Installation and configuration of computers and peripherals; * Support and maintenance of billing and management software; * Management, analysis, and resolution of IT incidents; * Implementation and maintenance of security and backup systems; * Telephone support and direct customer contact; * On-site technical interventions at customer premises, whenever necessary. **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum of 12th grade education; * Professional training in IT or related field is preferred; * **Experience with at least one of the following software: WinREST FrontOffice, Wintouch Desktop, or ZoneSoft;** * **Experience with SQL Server;** * Solid knowledge of networks and TCP/IP; * Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication skills and customer orientation; * Dynamism, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * **Valid driver's license and availability for travel using the company vehicle;** * Availability to perform preventive maintenance. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector; * Knowledge of **Crystal Reports**; * Knowledge of **Sage**; * English language proficiency; * Residence in the Cascais/Oeiras area or surroundings. **We Offer** * Integration into an established and growing company; * Excellent working environment; * A stable project with opportunities for professional development; * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience.
