About This Role We are seeking an Architect to join our Project \& Development Services (P\&DS) department, within our Building Consultancy business line. This role provides essential technical support for construction projects, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction through comprehensive project monitoring and consultancy services. **What This Job Involves:** * Provide consultancy support for construction projects, monitoring and developing proposals from technical, planning, economic, quality and safety perspectives * Conduct technical due diligence assessments for various real estate projects * Prepare detailed technical reports and project documentation * Organize and facilitate regular site monitoring meetings with stakeholders * Manage and moderate project meetings, ensuring effective communication between all parties * Prepare meeting minutes and comprehensive site monitoring reports * Deliver technical support for cost management activities, including maintenance of cost databases Every day is different, and in all these activities, we'd encourage you to show your ingenuity. **Sound like you?
