The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Proven experience as a service desk technician or in another user support role; * Experience using ticketing tools (EasyVista or ServiceNow); * Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Site24x7, PRTG and/or APPDYNAMICS); * Experience working in Windows environments via SCCM, MSFT Active Directory, Dameware, TeamViewer; * Practical technical knowledge of workstation automation products, databases, and remote control; * Solid understanding of workstation systems, mobile devices, and other technological products; * Proficiency in using microcomputers (preferably with regular use of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office); * Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; * Fluency in English, both written and spoken; * Excellent communication skills; * Customer-oriented with the ability to work under stressful conditions; * Academic background in computer science or equivalent experience. Location: Lagoas Park Working hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (8 daily hours) Hybrid work model (on-site one day per week) integrated into a shift schedule with compensatory time off.
