




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician for Electronic Security Systems, focused on remote and on-site technical support, fault diagnosis, and documentation. Securitas, the world leader in private security, with a strong commitment to integrated technological security solutions and physical protection, is looking for a Technical Support Technician (Security Systems) to collaborate with its Electronic Security Systems team. Functions and Responsibilities * Provide remote technical support (phone, Teams, e-mail, videoconference) or on-site support when required. * Assist field technicians with fault diagnosis, system configuration, and testing. * Interpret technical project documents, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. * Log requests and solutions in the service management system (help desk). * Produce or update technical documentation, tutorials, checklists, and FAQs. * Support technician training. * Coordinate contact with manufacturers when necessary (for second-level support). Requirements: * Technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, Networking, or related fields. Knowledge of: * Analog and IP CCTV * Intrusion alarm systems * Access control systems * Sensors, control panels, DVRs/NVRs, monitoring software * Understanding of computer networks (IP addressing, switches, structured cabling) * Familiarity with technical standards and best installation practices. Behavioral Profile * Communicative and patient – capable of clearly explaining concepts, even to field personnel under pressure. * Logical reasoning and ability to quickly and clearly analyze problems. * Collaborative mindset, focused on resolving issues and providing support. * Proactive in identifying recurring faults and proposing process improvements. * Organized in logging requests and reports.
