We support their skills development and offer genuine career advancement opportunities. **As an Integrations Specialist at Ivy Partners, you will:** * Govern and oversee L2 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance. * Investigate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines. * Perform platform analysis, troubleshoot, analyze logs, and identify operational issues causes. * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed. * Support daily operational activities and service requests, including deployment, release, and change implementations. * Document incidents, resolutions, maintain operational documentation, and update knowledge base articles. * Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. * Assist in root cause analysis and develop simple automation scripts for repetitive tasks. * Manage production support meetings and participate in operational reviews. * Support the Flex Gateway Platform setup and participate in on\-call activities for major incident resolutions when required. **About You** **You are our ideal candidate if:** * You have 3 to 5 years of expertise in managing the MuleSoft platform, with a solid understanding of MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway) and not merely API development. * You possess expertise in Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, and basic knowledge of AWS and Azure. * You have a strong grasp of Authentication \& Authorization mechanisms (API security standards: OAuth, OpenID). * You are familiar with ITIL Processes, and Argo CI/CD tools. * Your technical skills also include knowledge in XML, XSD, WSDL, WS\-\*, Java, JSON, and you have user\-level experience with SOAPUI, Postman. * You understand basic network configurations (Virtual IPs, firewalls, Load Balancer, etc.), certificate lifecycle management, and have experience with ServiceNow and Linux. * You are comfortable working in English (C1 level) and hold an academic background in Computer Science or a related field. * You are open to working in a hybrid model, support out\-of\-hours activities occasionally, and are available for short\-period relocation or travel to other countries when required. **Why Join Ivy Partners?** * Care \| We ensure a supportive environment where each team member is valued and empowered with training and growth prospects. * Trust \| Our approach to client relationships is grounded in trust, professionalism, and transparency, fostering lasting partnerships. * Innovation \| We drive effective digital transformation with innovative technology and creative thinking. * Responsibility \| We are committed to positively impacting our community through responsible corporate practices.
