The professional will be responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budget, scope, and defined quality standards, while simultaneously aligning with business objectives and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, as well as application of hybrid methodologies that combine predictive and Agile approaches. Experience in Cloud migration projects will be valued but is not a mandatory requirement. The primary focus will be on the ability to manage complex projects demanding high levels of coordination, governance, and delivery excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead large-scale technology projects and transformation programs from planning through to closure. * Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, communications, and governance. * Ensure project execution aligns with defined objectives and stakeholder expectations. * Manage budget, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control. * Implement and maintain effective governance and project monitoring frameworks. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage change requests, ensuring controlled impact and formal approval by relevant stakeholders. * Coordinate cross-functional teams, often geographically distributed. * Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, sponsors, and executive stakeholders. * Produce and present executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for various management levels. * Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, reporting platforms, automation solutions, and AI-based technologies to enhance project visibility and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with quality, security, regulatory, and contractual requirements. * Promote continuous improvement and adoption of project management best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Engineering, Management, or a related field. * Proven experience managing medium- and large-scale technology projects. * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders. * Experience managing budgets, planning, risks, and delivery of complex projects. * Experience in technological transformation initiatives, infrastructure modernization, workplace, datacenter, or enterprise transformation programs. * International experience and familiarity with matrix organizations will be valued. * Solid knowledge of PMI methodologies and best practices. * Experience applying hybrid methodologies combining Waterfall and Agile approaches. * Strong risk management, governance, financial management, and stakeholder management capabilities. * General knowledge of IT infrastructures, Cloud services, and enterprise technology environments. * Experience in Cloud migration or transformation projects (Azure or AWS) will be considered a strong asset. * Familiarity with automation, reporting tools, and AI-supported solutions. **Tools** * Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). * Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools. * Power BI or similar reporting platforms. * Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools. **Languages** * Fluent Portuguese. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Spanish is a plus. **Preferred Certifications** * PMP® (Project Management Professional). * PgMP® (Program Management Professional). * PMI\-ACP®. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. * PRINCE2 Practitioner. * Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications (preferred). **Profile:** * Strong leadership and influence capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to operate effectively in complex, rapidly evolving environments. * Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and sound decision-making abilities. * Strong results- and customer-orientation. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects. * Collaborative mindset with focus on continuous improvement. *Join DXC Technology and contribute to delivering strategic projects that help organizations accelerate their digital transformation and generate sustainable business value.* At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
