




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Developer / Senior B2B Sales Manager focused on expanding our business unit and technological solutions in the European market, responsible for scaling the company's commercial footprint and performing consultative sales. High autonomy and focus on proactive prospecting of new accounts Role Description: We are looking for a Business Developer / Senior B2B Sales Manager focused on expanding our business unit and technological solutions in the European market. The professional will be responsible for scaling the company's commercial footprint by importing technology ecosystems from Brazil, delivering consultative sales of software engineering services and Best2bee partnership models. In this role, the company will not provide an initial client portfolio. Candidates are expected to leverage their own industry relationship network, proactive prospecting capabilities (Outbound B2B), and strong account-closing orientation (closing) to open new corporate opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the European market using your personal contact network and advanced consultative sales strategies; IT Solutions Commercialization: Lead sales cycles focused on Professional Staffing services (IT Staff Augmentation / Nearshore covering Dev, API, Integration, QA and Testing profiles); Business Development (Best2bee): Structure and sell projects in partnership with Software Houses (rate-based sales) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) contracts; Remote Sales Cycle Management: Operate predominantly online (digital meetings), with physical travel and business trips only undertaken selectively to close major corporate contracts; Technical Alignment and Proposals: Design commercial proposals based on technology/product pricing tables, supported daily by technical teams in Portugal and Brazil; Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly status reports, sales forecasts, KPI tracking, and goal achievement updates to the Commercial Leadership team. Desired Profile (Mandatory Requirements): In-depth understanding of local business culture and the European corporate market (elimination criterion); Commercial Experience in the Technology Sector: Proven, solid professional experience in commercial roles within IT services, custom software development, or technology consulting; Own and Active Client Portfolio: Established network of decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Engineering or Procurement Directors) across the European corporate ecosystem (elimination criterion); English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, essential for international negotiations and Nearshore engagement models (elimination criterion); Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle: Availability for occasional business travel; Offer and Conditions: Attractive fixed monthly remuneration of €3,000, plus a scalable financial incentive plan directly indexed to the success of closed contracts; Full operational flexibility and autonomy through a 100% remote (Home-Office) work arrangement; Strong daily support from a specialized technical team for scope validation, solution architecture, and proposal delivery agility; Full reimbursement of all verified business travel expenses and mileage.
