Job Summary: We are seeking a MuleSoft & API Integration Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for integration platforms, ensure architectural consistency, and drive the evolution of integration and API Management platforms. We are looking for a **MuleSoft \& API Integration Tech Lead** to ensure technical leadership, architectural consistency, and evolution of integration and API Management platforms, guaranteeing quality, security, and efficiency in service exposure and consumption. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership for integration platforms based on MuleSoft and API Management; * Define and validate integration architectures and API development best practices; * Ensure technical governance over runtimes, gateways, security policies, and API exposure; * Coordinate technical activities across development, infrastructure, and security teams; * Provide advanced support (L3\) and troubleshooting for complex integration issues; * Monitor platform performance and capacity for integration systems; * Define reusable standards, guidelines, and frameworks for APIs and integrations; * Participate in technical evolution initiatives and platform transformation; * Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and continuously improve processes; * Collaborate with vendors and external teams on integration and middleware topics. **Requirements and Skills:** * 8\+ years of experience in system integration and API Management; * Solid experience with MuleSoft (CloudHub and/or on\-premise); * Advanced knowledge of integration architectures (REST, SOAP, event\-driven, messaging); * Experience with API security (OAuth2, certificates, gateway policies); * Knowledge of complementary platforms (Kubernetes, messaging, observability); * Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor development teams; * Experience in enterprise and multi\-technology environments; * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with both technical and functional stakeholders. **Our Offer:** * Work-life balance; * 5 additional days of maternity leave; * Employee Assistance Program (support in areas such as Psychology, Psychosocial, Legal, and Financial matters); * Hybrid work model; * Employee Stock Program; * Flexible benefits; * Health and life insurance; * Internal mobility program.
