We are looking for an individual and group **Reservation Agent** eager to grow and evolve — join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Handle reservation requests via phone, e-mail, and/or online, ensuring efficient and personalized service * Provide detailed information about our hotels, packages, and special offers * Ensure accurate registration and processing of all reservations * Collaborate with other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on pricing policies, availability, and reservation procedures **Requirements:** * Prior experience in hotel reservation roles * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written * Problem-solving ability * Knowledge of online platforms, reservation systems, and/or hotel management software is preferred * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team * Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus) * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are proactive and wish to join The Beautique Hotels team, please send your CV to rh@thebeautiquehotels.com Type of position: Full-time Compensation: €1,000.00 per month Selection question(s): * Do you have authorization to reside and work in Portugal?
