




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity to lead projects, manage risks, ensure compliance, and optimize communication. We invest in technological leadership, grounded in the quality of our services and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. ###### **Responsibilities:** * Define and maintain the project plan, schedule, budget, and responsibility assignment matrix; * Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation actions; * Facilitate communication among senior management, technical teams, vendors, and end users; conduct progress review meetings; * Ensure technical solutions meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements, and validate testing and acceptance; * Cybersecurity and compliance; * Ensure security measures are integrated into the project; coordinate risk assessments, penetration tests, and remediation activities; * Financial control; * Monitor costs, ensure expense approvals, and report budget deviations to department heads; * Prepare documentation, runbooks, and training materials for operations and maintenance; * Produce periodic progress, risk, and performance metric reports. **Core Requirements:** * Minimum 5–8 years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles for infrastructure and cybersecurity projects; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Management, or related field; * Project management certification — PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent; * Relevant security certification — ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor; * Project management: PMI/PRINCE2/Agile methodologies; planning, risk management, and cost control; * Infrastructure: networks, virtualization, storage, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and hybrid integration; * Systems: server administration, databases, middleware, and monitoring tools; * Cybersecurity: frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), vulnerability management, pentesting, IAM, cryptography; * Tools: MS Project/Jira/Confluence; * Leadership and decision-making ability; * Clear communication and influence with senior stakeholders; * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills; * Conflict management and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Relevant cloud certifications — Microsoft 365, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect are highly valued. **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and tenure gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
