Imagine yourself at BiG!** We are looking to recruit a Backend Developer to join BiG’s Backend Development Team, with the following profile: **Main Responsibilities:** * Propose and implement backend enhancements using the Microsoft Stack (.NET), ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability; * Propose and implement enhancements to the data model on Microsoft SQL Server; * Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, functional, and end-to-end) to ensure solution reliability and robustness; * Collaborate with the team, actively participating in code reviews, technical analysis, and solution design; * Ensure adherence to software development best practices, particularly regarding code quality, security, and maintainability. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What we are looking for:** * Proven professional experience of 2–3 years in software development; * Higher education degree in Information Technologies or equivalent field; * Proven experience in backend and database-related projects; * Experience with .NET and Microsoft SQL Server; * Use of version control with Git, preferably in Azure DevOps; * Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum; * Knowledge and application of development best practices such as clean code, automated testing, and code versioning; * Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail; * Rigor, organization, and planning skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **What we offer:** * Integration into an experienced, collaborative, and results-oriented team; * Active participation in transformation projects; * Continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth; * A stimulating work environment where excellence is the standard. **At BiG, we evolve with everyone’s opinion.
