Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL DO * Ensure excellent customer service, support, and sales to guarantee customer satisfaction * Manage goods receipt and proper storage in the store * Ensure product quality and stock rotation, maintaining optimal product presentation and freshness * Know and comply with food quality and safety standards, as well as workplace hygiene and safety best practices YOUR PROFILE * Experience in customer-facing roles with strong customer orientation * Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade) * Flexibility to work varied shifts * Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for teamwork * Positive attitude, friendliness, and professional appearance WHO WE ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US The Jeronymo cafeteria network was launched in 2002, initially as coffee kiosks located inside stores of the Jerónimo Martins Group, later evolving into full cafeterias.
