As part of its growth, HMR is seeking to recruit a ***Database Management Technician*** to join its Data Reference \& Sourcing team, responsible for managing and organizing reference data and structuring catalogs related to the healthcare sector. This professional will be responsible for updating and ensuring the quality of reference data used by HMR, in line with business needs and legal requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain the organization's various reference data catalogs according to defined schedules; * Maintain and identify information sources that ensure the quality and up-to-dateness of reference data; * Collaborate with operational and business teams to ensure the relevance, consistency, and integrity of reference data; * Support *Data Governance* initiatives and service development; * Promote best practices in information management, documentation, and standardization. **Requirements:** * Minimum education level of 12th grade; * Higher education will be valued; * Up to 1 year of professional experience in similar roles related to data management, *Data Governance*, cataloging, information normalization, or process documentation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); * Ability to structure information, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Familiarity with relational data and basic knowledge of SQL (a plus); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Availability to travel to Sintra.
