Job Summary: We are seeking Drivers to provide services in Lisbon, performing battery swaps, collection, distribution, and minor repairs of micromobility vehicles. Key Highlights: 1. Daily micromobility vehicle operations 2. On-site vehicle maintenance and inspection 3. Urban stock management and replenishment A logistics company focused on micromobility is looking for Drivers (m/f) to provide services in Lisbon. Working Hours (Rotating Shifts): The work schedule follows a continuous cycle organized into 4-day work blocks as follows: * 2 days: Morning shift (06:00–14:00\) * 2 days: Afternoon/night shift (14:00–22:00\) * Rest days: After the 4 working days, there follow\-2 days off (this "4 days on, 2 days off" pattern repeats, periodically alternating with cycles featuring only 1 day off for roster adjustments). Availability: We seek candidates available to start immediately. **Job responsibilities include:** * Battery replacement for bicycles and e-scooters. * Collection of specific vehicles from public roads. * Distribution and redeployment of vehicles onto streets. * Minor on-the-spot (street-side) repairs. * Stock control and fluent communication. * Reporting via the company application. * Oversight of company-provided assets and route planning. * Recording actions using company tools. * Ensuring an excellent professional image through proper care and maintenance of the service vehicle. **Position:** Driver **Schedule:** To be determined. **Employment type:** Full-time **Salary:** We offer an estimated gross monthly salary range of €1,150–€1,450. This salary range reflects total monthly remuneration, already including meal allowances for actual working days, as well as pro-rata holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly under the legal twelfth-month system (12 months). **Requirements:** Good Portuguese language skills, valid Category B or higher driver’s license, experience delivering with vans (6 months or more), availability to work weekends.
