About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst for a healthcare-sector project, requiring on-site work, focused on data analysis, transformation, and automation to support the Data Analytics function. The role involves creating and optimizing reports and dashboards, as well as collaborating on continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives. Main Responsibilities Analyze and transform data to support the Data Analytics function, with emphasis on report and dashboard creation. Develop, maintain, and improve reports for Logistics and HR departments. Optimize performance, implement automations, and enhance existing solutions. Support process transformation and automation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with business areas to address reporting and analytical needs. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis. Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx. Alteryx license is mandatory. Experience in data integration, processing, and transformation. Ability to develop and improve reports with a focus on efficiency and quality. Problem-solving orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. Availability to work on-site. Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. Project Context Project within the healthcare sector.
