Every day, you strive to deliver an experience guests will remember for a long time.* **Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests and provide prompt table service * Serve dishes and beverages to guests, offering recommendations as appropriate * Share your menu knowledge to answer questions and accommodate special requests * Accurately and timely enter transactions into the MICROS system * Ensure guest satisfaction with every dish and beverage * Clear tables, complete closing duties, and reset cutlery and other supplies **Qualifications We’re Looking For** * Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation * Positive attitude and outgoing personality * Prior serving experience is a strong plus. This role requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg). It also requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as maintaining a polished, professional appearance in a clean uniform.
