We are hiring a Facilities Manager responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the work of technical teams handling repairs, maintenance, and operational interventions. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the team of repair technicians; * Plan, organize, and allocate schedules and tasks; * Plan, prioritize, and track intervention requests, ensuring efficient response times. * Conduct quality control of completed repairs and ensure compliance with company-defined standards. Mandatory Requirements: * Valid driver's license * English fluency (other languages are an asset) * Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook) * Availability to work on-site in Sacavém * Technical knowledge of tools and maintenance Initial Salary Range: 1000€ \- 1300€ Compensation: 1\u00a0000,00€ \- 1\u00a0300,00€ per month Work Location: On-site
