




We are recruiting Customer Support Assistants (m/f) for the South Bank area, for a rapidly growing energy company in Portugal. We are seeking professionals with experience in telephone customer service and, ideally, also with face-to-face client interaction—preferably already within the energy sector (electricity, gas, or renewable energy). Responsibilities: Providing telephone customer support, clarifying queries regarding contracts, billing, consumption, and services offered in the energy sector; Supporting the enrollment of new electricity, natural gas, or other energy-related service contracts; Registering and tracking customer requests on the company’s platforms, ensuring timely processing according to established deadlines; Escalating more complex cases to technical and commercial departments, ensuring efficient follow-up. Profile: Previous and recent experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector (electricity, gas, or renewable energy)—essential; Strong communication skills and excellent active listening ability; Ability to handle customers experiencing uncertainty or complaints while maintaining a courteous and solution-oriented tone; Team spirit, responsibility, and attention to detail; Organizational and time-management skills.
