Role: Security Lead Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal Required skills: * 5\+ years of professional experience in Identity \& Access Management (IAM) or Directory services. * Senior expertise in Optimal IDM or other Directory/MetaDirectory technologies (AD, ADAM, FIM, MIM). * Proven development skills in FIM/MIM or similar IAM technologies. * Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, Kerberos, AzureADConnect, Windows Hello for Business. * Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and secure access control mechanisms. * Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting virtual directory solutions. * Scripting skills for automation and integration. * Fluent in English and able to work in an English\-speaking environment.
