With over 300 clients in the mid-market, we offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and innovative environment. **Your responsibilities:** Manage and administer maintenance of our clients' computer systems, including computers, servers, networks, and applications. Ensure data and system security by utilizing the best tools and industry practices. Be a true technical support specialist, keeping our clients operating at peak performance! The Information Systems Technician will perform duties related to management, maintenance, and development of information systems, ensuring technical and functional support to various organizational units, namely: Administration and maintenance of technological infrastructures (servers, networks, equipment); On-site and remote technical support to users (helpdesk); Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware; Collaboration in information systems and database management; Support for cybersecurity and implementation of best practices in information security; Participation in administrative modernization and digital transformation projects; Preparation of technical documentation and activity reports; Coordination with vendors and external entities within the ICT domain; Support for equipment and license inventory management. **We are looking for someone who:** Has a background in Computer Science or Network Management (technical or higher education). Has proven experience in Windows and Linux system administration and maintenance. Possesses in-depth knowledge of networks, servers, and security. Has knowledge of Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, Hyper\-V, and VMware. Is proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive). Has knowledge of information security. Is familiar with Aruba networking (VLANs, VPNs, wireless solutions) and/or equivalent. Has knowledge of network security firewalls, endpoint security, and identity security within the WatchGuard ecosystem and/or other vendors. Has knowledge of backup solutions, preferably Arcserve UDP or Veeam. Holds Microsoft Windows Server, MCSA, MCSE, or Azure certifications (preferred). Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, high degree of autonomy, and consistent customer focus.
