Responsibilities* Coordinate 24×7 NOC operations, ensuring shift management, scheduling, and staffing; * Manage incidents and problems, guaranteeing rapid response, appropriate prioritization, and effective communication; * Ensure end-to-end monitoring of critical networks, systems, and services, including first- and second-line triage; * Optimize operational processes and monitoring tools aligned with ITIL and automation/AIOps, aiming to reduce MTTA and MTTR; * Communicate incident impact and estimated resolution times in real time to stakeholders; * Produce executive reports on operational performance, availability, and SLA compliance; * Ensure operational governance, including SLAs/OLAs, capacity planning, service continuity, and coordination with vendors; * Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and maintenance windows; * Provide support and operations in data centers, in collaboration with specialized technical teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar NOC or IT operations roles; * Solid knowledge of LAN and WAN networks, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls; * Experience in basic administration of Linux and Windows systems, virtualization, and understanding of storage and backup; * Experience with observability and monitoring tools (metrics, logs, traces, SNMP, syslog); * Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM/CMDB tools such as ServiceNow; * Experience managing major incidents, coordinating war rooms, and root cause analysis (RCA); * Operational knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and native monitoring; * Operational knowledge of data centers, including power, HVAC, and physical infrastructure.
