Access to continuous training and learning platforms Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções, S.A. is currently recruiting a Human Resources Specialist (m/f) to strengthen its HR processes area. Main Responsibilities * Ensure payroll processing and contractual management of employees; * Register, analyze, and validate information for ERP integration and payroll processing; * Guarantee compliance with and updating of labor legislation and collective labor agreements; * Manage administrative HR processes and legal obligations; * Prepare and submit mandatory reports and surveys (e.g., Single Report, INE); * Communicate with external entities (Social Security, Tax Authority, Trade Unions); * Provide administrative support to Occupational Health; * Manage internal HR platforms and assist employees in their use; * Promote internal clarification initiatives and training activities. Required Profile Education and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources, or Psychology; * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field (preferred); * Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation; * Experience in payroll processing and legal obligations; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and HR platforms.
