Responsibilities: Supervise production operations from planning to execution. Ensure material availability and efficient cost management. Monitor maintenance and improve workflows. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to meet delivery, quality, and profitability goals. Implement process improvements and best practices. Ideal Candidate: Degree in Engineering, Management, or similar. Proven industrial or production experience. Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills. Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge. Proactive, organized, self\-driven, and results\-oriented.
