This role plays a key part in ensuring service excellence across all departments, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Management in the unit’s daily operational management, ensuring consistent execution aligned with excellence standards * Coordinate and supervise various operational departments, with special focus on F\&B * Monitor customer experience across all touchpoints, proactively intervening to exceed expectations * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and best service practices * Analyze operational and financial indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions * Control costs and optimize human and material resources, balancing operational efficiency with service quality * Act as a liaison between departments, promoting collaboration, operational consistency, and service fluidity **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality (4- or 5-star properties) * Proven experience in Food \& Beverage operations * Minimum 2 years’ experience in leadership or supervisory roles * Strong organizational, planning, and team management capabilities * Results orientation and cost control skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Commercial mindset and customer experience focus * Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365\) and hotel property management systems (PMS) * Adaptability, resilience, and decision-making ability * Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential **What We Offer?** * Competitive remuneration and benefits commensurate with the role; * Adequate training and continuous mentoring; * Exciting career progression opportunities; **Location: Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Family Suites** Since 2016, we have been creating extraordinary, lasting memories for guests from around the world at Martinhal Chiado.
