Job Summary: Know-How Diagnósticos is seeking a Technical Assistant to provide technical support to internal teams, operational monitoring, and assistance in problem resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and updating of technical information **Know\-How Diagnósticos** was founded in 2011 to meet the need for rapid adaptation to the requirements and challenges of the diagnostic market in Portugal. We are located in Famões, Odivelas. **Technical Assistant** We are recruiting a Technical Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to the company's internal teams * Monitoring operational processes * Supporting day-to-day technical issue resolution * Organizing and updating technical information * Collaborating on the implementation and improvement of internal procedures * Communicating with customers and suppliers for technical support and clarification of queries **Requirements:** * Strong problem-solving skills * Good computer literacy * Sense of responsibility and organizational ability * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Ability to work autonomously * Prior experience (valued but not mandatory) * Working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with lunch break (1 p.m. to 2 p.m.) * Willingness to travel **We Offer:** Machine training.
