We have recently entered the Portuguese market with the ambition to transform the telecommunications sector and are looking for talented individuals who wish to grow with us and be part of this success story. As part of our expansion, we aim to hire a **Fraud Analyst**: **Main Responsibilities** * Support transaction monitoring and identification of suspicious operations; * Analyze fraud alerts and support case investigations; * Identify potential patterns of anomalous behavior with support from the team; * Collaborate with internal teams, notably Finance, Compliance, and Legal; * Support report preparation and case documentation; * Contribute to continuous improvement of fraud prevention processes. **Qualifications and Professional Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; * 1–2 years of professional experience in analytical roles (fraud, risk, or similar); * Interest in data analysis and detection of irregularities; * Experience in data analysis (preferred). **Cross-functional Skills** * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; * Sense of responsibility and confidentiality; * Good written communication skills; * Team spirit and willingness to learn. **Personal Skills** * Strong organizational and priority management skills; * Proactivity and results orientation. **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of investigative techniques and risk analysis; * Familiarity with legislation and regulations applicable to fraud prevention and combat. **Technological Proficiency** * Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel (advanced level), and other analytical tools (preferred). **Languages** * English and Spanish (preferred). **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid company experiencing strong growth and with international projection; * Opportunity for professional development and career advancement; * Competitive salary aligned with the role and demonstrated experience.
