Job Summary: askBlue is seeking an OpenShift Platform Engineer to perform daily administration of OpenShift clusters, monitoring, upgrade management, and support for deployments in projects. We are looking for an **OpenShift Platform Engineer** to join our team on one of our projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Daily administration and operation of OpenShift (OCP) clusters; * Monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for the platform; * Management of upgrades, patches, and cluster lifecycle; * Management of quotas, limits, and capacity planning; * Support for deployments and integration with CI/CD pipelines; * Operation of GitOps and ArgoCD pipelines; * Management of RBAC, SCCs, and integration with AD/LDAP; * Administration and troubleshooting of networking and storage in Kubernetes; * Support for Kafka, WSO2, and Camunda platforms running on OpenShift; * Participation in prevention and operational support; * Logging and tracking of activities in ITSM tools; * Identification of opportunities for continuous and operational automation. **Requirements** * Solid experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes; * Experience in enterprise Linux administration; * Knowledge of networking in Kubernetes environments; * Experience with: + Operators (OLM); + Helm; + ArgoCD / GitOps; + Prometheus; + Grafana; + Elasticsearch and logging platforms; * Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents; * Ability to work in critical, high-availability environments; * Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams; * Autonomy, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Kafka; * Experience with WSO2; * Experience with Camunda; * Knowledge of CI/CD and platform automation; * Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (2 days per week in office) **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
