Summary: This role designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered copilots and agents, integrating conversational AI with automated business processes. Highlights: 1. Develop AI copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio 2. Design and implement generative AI solutions using LLMs, NLP, and CV 3. Architect and advise on scalable, future-proof AI solutions Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. Senior GenAI Engineer \- Copilot Studio \& Power Platform (d/m/f) designs, builds, and deploys AI\-powered copilots and agents that integrate conversational AI with automated business processes. The role combines Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI services to deliver scalable, secure, and business\-impacting solutions across the enterprise: * Build Generative AI Solutions Develop AI copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision Build end\-to\-end workflows with Power Automate to enable business actions (e.g., approvals, system updates, notifications) Integrate solutions with Azure OpenAI, enterprise systems (SAP, APIs, M365\) Design and optimize prompting strategies and RAG\-based knowledge solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders, AI architects, and developers Architect and advise on scalable, future\-proof AI solutions tailored to business needs * Training \& Consultancy Create best practices, enablement materials, and usage guidelines for AI Consult \& train other departments on Microsoft Copilot Studio * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline * Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, AI solution development, or related technical roles * Proven experience delivering Generative AI or LLM\-based solutions in enterprise environments * Strong hands\-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Services * Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application development and integration * Experience with Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search solutions * Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools * Familiarity with DevOps practices, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines * Proficiency in English
