This role will be key in ensuring effective project execution while acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders, teams, and leadership. If you're based in Lisbon, this might be the opportunity for you! **Senior Project Manager** **Responsibilities** * Ensure effective and efficient management of scope, timeline, cost, and quality * Develop and ensure compliance with project plans, covering execution, communication, risk, and mitigation * Ensure financial execution is aligned with project delivery * Manage relationships and assertive communication with all stakeholders * Prepare project reporting and management information to support decision\-making * Identify and resolve blockers through critical analysis and problem\-solving * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in a productive environment **Skills** * Up to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing projects of medium size and complexity in scope, timeline, and/or budget * Mandatory project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) * Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment * Critical thinking and a strong focus on resolving blockers * Fluent in English \- written and spoken (mandatory) InnoWave gives equal opportunity in employment regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, or any other factor.
