We are dedicated to creating a unique guest experience through exceptional service, premium ingredients, specialty coffee, and a passion for hospitality. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience. Responsibilities * Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. * Manage and motivate front\-of\-house and kitchen teams. * Recruit, train, and develop team members. * Create and manage staff schedules. * Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. * Control inventory, ordering, and stock management. * Monitor sales performance and labor costs. * Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively. * Foster a positive and high\-performing team culture. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or similar environments. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Experience managing schedules, stock, and daily operations. * Ability to perform under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong organizational and administrative skills. * Fluent English required; Portuguese is highly valued.
