To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Java Consultant to join technology consulting and digital transformation projects, supporting our clients in evolving and modernizing their systems. **Your Role:** * Integrate Java development projects within digital transformation contexts; * Develop and evolve Java EE solutions in monolithic and microservices architectures; * Participate in analysis, research, and adoption of new solutions, ensuring alignment with existing architecture; * Collaborate with extended architecture teams to ensure technical coherence; * Develop and integrate SOAP and REST web services; * Support the definition and implementation of software development best practices; * Contribute to training and mentoring junior team members; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments; * Support technical coordination and/or team management (where applicable). As your skills and ambitions evolve, we will work with you to identify future opportunities, projects, and career paths within our organization. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; * Proven experience of over 2 years in Java development; * Profile oriented toward researching and testing new solutions while ensuring alignment with existing architecture; * Java EE architecture experience in MVC monolithic and microservices projects; * Application servers: Apache Tomcat and JBOSS/WildFly (Oracle WebLogic and/or WebSphere are valued); * Experience with SOAP and REST web services; * Database persistence knowledge (JPA, Hibernate, EclipseLink and/or Spring Data Framework); * Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL and/or PostgreSQL; * Familiarity with source code version control tools (SVN and/or GIT); * Knowledge of Apache Maven; * Knowledge of Java Spring Framework (Spring Security, Spring Boot, Spring Services, and Spring Data); * Team leadership experience (valued); * Strong teamwork capabilities; * Preference for familiarity with Agile methodologies; * Ability to train/mentor junior team members; * Integration into extended architecture teams.
