We seek an experienced professional with strong leadership, organizational, and responsibility skills, capable of ensuring high-quality project execution, timely delivery, and efficient on-site team management. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise on-site teams; * Plan and monitor works in coordination with the Site Manager; * Interpret execution drawings and ensure their correct implementation; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, work quality, and safety regulations; * Coordinate the team and manage materials assigned to the project; * Monitor work progress, identifying and resolving potential constraints; * Ensure site organization and smooth operational functioning. Required Profile * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Site Supervisor; * Proven experience in the civil construction sector; * Leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities; * Strong communication and problem-solving skills; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity; * Valid driver's license (mandatory); * Willingness to travel whenever necessary.
