Open, read, and prepare responses to routine letters. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring a response. Distribute meeting minutes to relevant individuals. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Create and maintain electronic and paper filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc. Transmit information or documentation using a computer, mail, or fax. Draft letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software. Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Operate standard office equipment beyond computers, such as telephones, typewriters, fax machines, photocopiers, calculators, and electronic peripherals. Document and communicate all guest requests or complaints to appropriate staff. Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company property. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; and listen to and appropriately respond to concerns raised by other employees. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using proper protocol. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and fulfill their service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
