Responsibilities \- Manage customer relations after the sale; \- Coordinate technical assistance, returns and warranty processes; \- Monitor deadlines and quality in problem resolution; \- Act as a liaison between customers, technical team and internal departments; \- Track customer satisfaction indicators and implement improvement actions; \- Maintain records of all customer interactions and cases. Requirements \- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; \- Previous experience in customer service or after-sales; \- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; \- Organizational ability and results-oriented focus; \- Team spirit and proactive attitude; \- Immediate availability.
