("BiG") is an independent financial institution, wholly owned by private investors and headquartered in Lisbon, which has been operating for more than 25 years in Portugal and since 2020 in Spain. The Bank's business focuses on providing a range of savings, investment, and advisory services for both private and institutional clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the product vision, by identifying digital transformation opportunities that can leverage business value, and support the implementation of the digital strategy; * Engage in the complete product development lifecycle, encompassing research, specification, implementation, testing, and handover, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless process; * Work cross‑functionally with internal teams, business units, and external partners to drive strategic, high‑impact, and transformative initiatives; * Promote continuous innovation by integrating fintech trends, emerging technologies, and AI‑driven solutions into new product developments and banking use cases. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** * Product management and product development lifecycle (planning, specification, testing and launching); * Project management and business analysis; * Multibackground and cross functional teams coordination having a broad understanding of corporate procedures; * Self\-driven, with a fast\-learning mentality and a proactive attitude; * Macro\-to\-micro versatility: strategic mindset coupled with a keen attention to detail; * Passion for startups, technology, product development, and industry trends; * Endless curiosity, disruptive mentality and creative problem\-solving. ### **Requisitos mínimos** **Preferred Qualifications:** * We accept from entry level candidates to a maximum of 2 years of work experience, ideally in tech startups, strategy, management consulting or finance; * Outstanding academic degree in finance, economics, engineering, or management; * Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English is a must (Spanish is a plus); * Some familiarity with technical concepts (e.g., web devolpement, API usage, or AI‑enabled tools…) is considered an advantage **Application process:** Applications will be open until 31st of March.
