### **Job Description and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the installation and maintenance activities of railway signaling systems; * Ensure compliance with project schedules, report deviations, and propose solutions; * Guarantee strict adherence to safety and quality standards; * Manage field teams and control available resources; * Collaborate with engineers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders; * Prepare progress reports and support technical documentation for the project. ### **Required Profile** * Secondary education (minimum); * Proven professional experience in supervision of railway projects, with focus on signaling; * Technical knowledge of railway signaling systems; * Familiarity with standards from IP (Infraestruturas de Portugal) or other railway authorities (preferable); * Training in occupational safety (preferable); * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills; * Availability for travel and flexible working hours; * Valid driver's license.
