Job Summary: IT professional to manage information systems, monitor equipment, and track technological innovations in a luxury hotel, supporting the Innovation Hub. Key Highlights: 1. COMPANY A leading company in the luxury hospitality sector aiming to create and develop an innovation- and sustainability-driven project in the Ourique area (Torre Vã); the company includes on its premises a dedicated space for innovation-promoting initiatives (Innovation Hub). CANDIDATE The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Managing the hotel’s information systems, ensuring their operationality, security, and up-to-dateness; * Monitoring and provisioning computer equipment and materials, guaranteeing proper hardware and software functionality; * Performing maintenance, replacement, and upgrades of computers and other IT equipment; * Supporting the implementation of new software and applications, as well as integration of new equipment; * Assisting the Innovation Hub Manager in technological initiatives and events; * Conducting continuous market analysis to ensure the hotel’s systems keep pace with technological evolution and industry best practices; PROFILE * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, or related fields; * Proven prior experience managing IT infrastructure in the hospitality sector (highly valued); * Solid knowledge of computing, hardware, and technological components; * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset; * Organizational, planning, and communication skills; * Good command of English (additional language skills are an advantage).
