Collaborate in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions The B&M Group is recruiting a QUALITY CONTROLLER. We are looking for a Quality Controller to join our team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This role is essential to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the production process, promote product conformity, and support process improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Verify compliance with quality procedures and standards during the production process. * Identify and record non-conformities and support their proper handling and follow-up. * Collaborate in analyzing the causes of non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure accurate completion of records and documentation related to the quality management system. Profile: * Experience in quality control roles within an industrial environment. * Secondary education (preferred). * Knowledge of the ISO9001 standard. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and acceptance criteria. * Good user-level computer skills.
