We are continuously expanding our team. We are looking for a Solar Solutions Engineer to work from our Venda do Pinheiro Office: **Main Responsabilities:** * Analyzing energy consumption and dimensioning PV energy production solutions for self\-consumption; * Design of photovoltaic systems on roof, ground, carpark and others; * Development of electrotechnical projects; * Budgeting for the solutions developed through BoQ; * Procuremnt of BoQ items. * Preparing commercial proposals with technical documentation according to client’s ;requirements. * Workflow management and assigned projects (task planning) for the team; * Developing innovative processes and procedures to continuously improve efficiency; * Reporting and communicating all the information required of them, in accordance with the instructions of the General Management; * Comply with and enforce what is defined in the SGI; * Promote the dissemination of the SGI Policy, as well as ensure the consolidation of an organizational culture oriented towards excellence; * Collaborate in the identification and definition of continuous improvement strategies. **Requirements** * Electrical, mechanical, environmental, renewable energy or other technological engineering. * Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a similar role to fulfil the position; * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; * Technical drawing in AutoCAD; * Solar system design in PVSol or simulation in PVsyst; * Electrotechnical design; * Budgeting through BoQ * Oral and written communication in English * Responsibility; * Dynamism; * Communication skills; * Careful and organized work; * Proactivity; * Team spirit; * Conflict management; * Multitasking; * Negotiation skills; * Persuasive ability; * Good interpersonal relations. **Benefits** * Competitive salary aligned with experience; * Integration into a solid company and a young, dynamic team; * Be part of an international environment; * Attractive benefits package including health insurance, flexible benefits and meal card; * Flexible work environment and work\-life balance; * Hybrid Regime (2 days of teleworking); * Free Birthday Day; * 25 days of holidays.
