Description
EPAL – Empresa Portuguesa das Águas Livres, S.A. seeks to recruit a Bachelor's Degree holder in **Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering** for the Vila Franca Department, Lisbon and Tagus Valley Regional Directorate, Maintenance Directorate. The role involves electrical and mechanical facility maintenance activities, conducting technical studies and analyses, planning and organizing work, and adapting methods and procedures. It includes monitoring water supply system infrastructure such as water intakes, water treatment plants (WTPs), substations, pumping stations, and reservoirs. Knowledge in electromechanics, rotating machinery, technical drawing tools, and willingness to support operational fieldwork are valued.
Required Profile
* Experience in industrial facilities (preferred);
* Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) (optional);
* Registration with DGEG as TREISP (project, execution, and operation domains);
* Basic level of English;
* User-level computer skills: MS Office;
* Specific software application knowledge: \- AutoCAD; SolidWorks; EPLAN (preferred requirement);
* Availability to support maintenance/repair work outside normal working hours;
* Driving License – Category B;
* Residence in Portugal – Lisbon and Tagus Valley region (preferred).
