Your responsibilities will include: Conducting market prospecting and acquiring new properties and clients. Managing and personally following up on a client portfolio (buyers and sellers). Planning and conducting property viewings, presenting optimal market solutions. Facilitating negotiation processes between parties, ensuring satisfaction for all involved. Preparing comparative market analyses to advise on pricing. Providing support in the administrative and bureaucratic follow-up of sales/rental processes. We seek candidates with: Excellent communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships. A proactive, resilient attitude and strong goal orientation. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Valid driver's license (essential requirement). Previous experience in the real estate sector or in commercial/sales roles.
