If you are passionate about technology and want to shape the future — TEKEVER is the right place for you. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Implementing, monitoring, and improving the company’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards; * Developing and maintaining technical documentation for the quality system: procedures, work instructions, control plans, technical specifications, and associated records; * Analyzing internal and external non-conformities, leading root cause investigations, and overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions; * Planning and conducting internal audits of the quality management system and production processes; * Defining and tracking quality performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results, and proposing continuous improvement actions; * Providing technical support to production and other departments in resolving quality issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement; * Managing and ensuring supplier qualification, including technical documentation review and complaint follow-up; * Managing measurement and monitoring equipment under your responsibility; * Ensuring adherence to the management policy and actively contributing to a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. **Profile and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Quality, Integrated Systems, or related fields); * Experience in quality roles within an industrial environment; * Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standard; * Experience with quality tools; * Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (drawings, specifications, standards); * Experience with integrated management software (Odoo, PHC, Sage, etc.) — preferred; * Proficiency in MS Office tools, with particular emphasis on Excel for data analysis; * Fluency in Portuguese (C2\) and technical English (B2\), with ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech in professional contexts; * Critical thinking, analytical rigor, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving orientation; * Team spirit, proactivity, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities to make real impact; * A competitive salary package aligned with proven experience; * Meal allowance and health insurance for employees; * Shuttle transportation service to offices in Leiria, Caldas da Rainha, and Ponte de Sor; * Bonus according to company policy; * Access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP); If you are ready to embrace this opportunity, send us your application
