We are a benchmark in animal production, slaughter, processing, and marketing of food products. We are recruiting an INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER (M/F) to strengthen our Group’s Quality and Food Safety team. Responsibilities: * Understand production processes and ensure reliability of production data; * Identify, propose, and implement improvements; * Support reporting tasks; * Prepare reports based on collected data and submit them; * Collaborate with the Group’s IT Department; * Participate in improving production processes and quality procedures, in accordance with GFSI benchmark standards. Working Conditions: * Customized initial training and integration plan; * Career growth and progression plan; * Full-time position; * Salary: Based on qualifications and demonstrated experience. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Higher education degree in food engineering, industrial engineering, or related field; * Solid knowledge of data analysis tools and information systems (MES, SAP, etc.); * Knowledge of GFSI standards; * Experience managing work teams (preferred); * Dynamism and resilience; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
