We are a reference in animal production, slaughter, processing, and commercialization of food products. We are recruiting an INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER (M/F) to strengthen our Group’s Quality and Food Safety team. Responsibilities: * Understand production processes and ensure the reliability of production data; * Correct, propose, and implement improvements; * Support reporting tasks; * Prepare reports based on collected data and report them accordingly; * Interact with the Group’s IT Department; * Participate in improving production processes and quality procedures, in accordance with GFSI benchmark standards. Working Conditions: * Customized initial training and integration plan; * Career growth and advancement plan; * Full-time position; * Salary: Based on qualifications and demonstrated experience. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Higher education degree in food engineering, industrial engineering, or related field; * Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and information systems (MES, SAP, etc.); * Knowledge of GFSI standards; * Experience in managing work teams (preferred); * Dynamism and resilience; * Flexibility in working hours.
